| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 2 | cup | strawberries, cut in half | |
| 3/4 | cup | champagne or sparkling catawba grape juice | |
Directions: | |||
| Serve this with Champagne. Cut starfruit crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. Sprinkle with sugar. Let stand 30 minutes. Spoon starfruit and strawberries into 6 dessert dishes. Pour champagne over fruit. 6 Servings. | |||
