Spinach Salad with Lemon Dressing

1 lb Fresh spinach

1 Clove(s) garlic

1 ts Sugar

1 Lemon rind, grated

1/2 ts Salt

1/4 ts Pepper

1/4 ts Paprika

3 tb Lemon juice

3 tb Sour cream

1/2 c Oil

Blend all ingredients except spinach for 15 seconds. Toss with spinach and serve.
