Seaweed Italiano

4 cn (8 oz) of tomato sauce

1/2 Clove garlic

1 tb Worcestershire

1/2 ts Oregano

1 c Water

4 c Seaweed, chopped (alaria or

-laminaria) ########################## #### SEAWEED ITALIANO #### ########################## ....a sauce for spaghetti or ground meat. Combine all ingredients. Simmer for one hour.
