| 1/4 | cup | olive oil | |
| 1/4 | cup | ketchup | |
| 2 | tablespoon | soy sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | rosemary | |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | mustard, dry | |
| 1 | beef, pot roast | ||

| Mix ingredients well in a blender, and pour over your pot roast. Cook until tender, 8- 10 hours on Low. | |||
