Quick Picante Salad Toss Recipe

| Ingredients | |||
| 6 | cup | romaine lettuce, torn | |
| 2 | cup | tortilla chips, OR 2 c corn chips | |
| 2 | each | tomatoes, cut into thin wedges | |
| 2/3 | cup | olive, ripe, slices | |
| 1/3 | cup | picante sauce | |
| 1/3 | cup | italian dressing, bottled | |
| 1/2 | cup | cheddar cheese, freshly shredded OR monterey jack | |
| 3 | each | bacon, slices, crisply cooked, crumbled | |
Directions: | |||
| Combine lettuce, tortilla chips, tomatoes and olives in large bowl. Combine picante sauce and dressing in screw-top jar or small bowl; shake to mix well. Pour over salad; toss lightly. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Serve immediately with additional picante sauce. | |||
