| 1/2 | pound | beef, ground, lean | |
| 2 | tablespoon | onion, green, chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | basil, dried | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt, optional | |
| 1 | cup | beans, green, frozen, thawed | |
| 1/2 | cup | biscuit baking mix | |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 2 | each | eggs | |
| 1/4 | cup | cheddar cheese, grated, optional | |
Directions: | |||
| In skillet cook beef, green onion, basil and salt until beef is browned; drain. Lightly grease an 8 inch quiche or pie plate. Place beef mixture and green beans in a quiche plate. Mix biscuit baking mix, milk and eggs. Pour over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. | |||
