| 10 | oz | spinach, frozen package, chopped, thawed, drained | |
| 1/2 | cup | bacon bits, imitation or 6-7 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled | |
| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 2 1/4 | teaspoon | dill, fresh, chopped or 3/4 ts dill, dried, crushed | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
Directions: | |||
| Squeeze as much water as possible from the spinach. Mix the bacon and spinach and add the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 3/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Apples, fennel, Zucchini, Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese Sticks, Toast Triangles, Pears | |||
