Quick And Easy Vegetarian Chili Recipe

Ingredients
1eachonion, chopped
1eachcelery, stalk, chopped
2tablespoonvegetable oil
4cupkidney beans, cooked, drained
1/2cuptomato sauce
3tablespoonvinegar
2teaspoonmolasses
1teaspoonbasil
1teaspoonoregano
2-3tablespoonchili powder

Directions:
Saute onion and celery in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve or chill several hours and reheat to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
