| 1 | each | lipton onion soup pkg. | |
| 3/4 | cup | water | |
| 2 | teaspoon | brown sugar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
| 4 | cup | thinly sliced potatoes | |
| 2 | each | medium onions | |
| 4 | each | apples c in 1/2 inch rings | |
| 4 | each | thick pork chops | |
Directions: | |||
| Combine soup mix , water, sugar and spices. Mix well in a shallow baking dish. Layer half potatoe, onion and apples, pour soup mix over top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375. | |||
