Mashkigimin-Onagan (Traditional Cranberry Sauce) Recipe

1 1/2 lb Cranberries

2 c Maple sugar

1 1/2 c Birch sap -=OR=- spring

-- water Place all ingredients into a saucepan & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool & serve.
