Mary Nell Reck's Galveston Rub

----------------------------FOR POULTRY AND PORK---------------------------- 6 Garlic cloves; crushed

1 T Cayenne pepper

2 T Paprika

1 T Lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 1/3 cup.
