Cream Cheese 1/2 c Salsa

2 tb Milk

1/2 ts Cumin [ground]

1/2 ts Onion powder

1/2 ts Garlic powder

3/8 ts Cayenne pepper

2 pk [10.5 oz] frozen chicken
