Firehouse Quiche

3 c Zucchini grated

1 ea Onion small chopped

1 c Bisquick

4 ea Eggs

1/2 c Corn oil

1/2 c Parmesan cheese grated

1/2 t Parsley dried

1/2 t Marjoram

1/4 t Salt

1/4 t Pepper freshly ground

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a large, greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
