Family Favorite Sugar Cookies

3/4 c Margarine; softened

1 c Sugar

2 Eggs

1/2 ts Vanilla

Or lemon flavoring 2 1/2 c All-purpose flour

(chilled works great!) 1 ts Baking powder

1 ts Salt

Mix margarine, sugar, eggs and flavoring. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend in. Chill ( not really necessary if flour is cold) Roll dough on lightly floured board. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 400 for 6-8 min.
