| 3 | tablespoon | olive oil, extra virgin | |

| Combine the tomatoes, onion, peppers, cilantro, and garlic in a medium bowl. Stir in oil, chili powder, and cayenne to taste. Yields 2 1/2 to 3 cups. | |||
