| 1 | each | round steak, cut serving size | |
| 1 | teaspoon | oregano | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | red pepper flakes | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 15 | oz | tomato sauce | |
| 1 | each | onion, sliced | |

| Flour meat, blend remaining ingredients, except onion. Put meat in crockpot, top with sliced onion, pour on sauce. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours. | |||
