Crockpot Cheese Fondue Dip Recipe

Ingredients
2each10-3/4 cans condensed cheese
1pkchive, fresh, or freeze dried
2cupsharp cheddar cheese, grated
1celery sticks
1cauliflower, cut up
1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1teaspoonlemon juice
1corn chips

Directions:
Combine condensed soup, grated cheese, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chives. Cover and heat on low in crock-pot for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Stir until smooth and well blended. Keep hot in the pot.
