Chinese Barbeque Sauce

3/4 c Catsup

1/2 c Brown sugar

3 T Soy sauce

1 T Ground ginger

1 T Liquid smoke

2 x Cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
