| 1 | each | bok choy, medium head, diced | |
| 1 | each | green onions, bunch, chopped | |
| 1 | each | ramen noodles, 3 oz package | |
| 1/2 | cup | almonds, blanched, slivered | |
| 2 | tablespoon | sesame seeds, toasted | |
| 1/3 | cup | olive oil | |
| 3 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
Directions: | |||
| Combine cabbage and green onions; cover and chill. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and ramen noodle seasoning packet. Refrigerate until chilled. Break ramen noodles into small pieces; combine with toasted almonds and sesame seeds. Before serving, combine the cabbage mixture and noodle mixture; add dressing and toss to coat.
