Black Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients
15ozblack beans, can, rinsed, drained
30ozcorn, whole kernel, (2 - 15 oz cans), drained
8eachgreen onions, chopped
2eachjalapeno peppers, seeded, minced
1eachbell pepper, green, chopped
1eachavocado, peeled, pitted, diced
4ozpimentos, jar
3eachtomatoes, seeded, chopped
1cupcilantro, fresh, chopped
1eachlime, juiced
1/2cupitalian salad dressing
1/2teaspoongarlic salt

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, green onions, jalapeno peppers, bell pepper, avocado, pimentos, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and italian dressing. Season with garlic salt. Toss, and chill until serving.
