| 10 | pound | ground chuck | |
| 1 | cup | hot chili powder | |
| 1 | cup | chili powder (mild) | |
| 3/4 | cup | paprika | |
| 1/2 | cup | cumin | |
| 1/4 | cup | garlic powder | |
| 1/4 | cup | salt | |
| 1/8 | cup | red pepper, crushed | |
| 1 | pound | suet | |
| 3 | qt | water | |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
Directions: | |||
| Add fat first, then meat and seasonings to fat. Add water after it cooks 2 hours. Twenty minutes before serving add sugar. Cook 3 hours total. Stir occasionally. Good with raw chopped onion on top. | |||
