Beef-Noodle Casserole Recipe

1 pound ground round

OR extra lean ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onions garlic

1/4 teaspoon oregano

10 3/4 ounces lowfat cream of mushroom soup

16 ounces chopped tomatoes

5 ounces no-yolk egg noodles -- cooked

Brown onions, meat, garlic and oregano in Teflon skillet. Add undiluted soup and tomatoes. Mix well. Yields 10 servings. Nutritional Info./Serving Calories 230 Fat 5 grams
