| 1 | cup | applesauce, unsweetened | |
| 1 | cup | sugar 1/2 c butter and lard | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 2 | cup | flour | |
| 1 | cup | raisins, chopped | |
| 1 | cup | nut meats | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cloves | |
| 4 | teaspoon | salt | |
Directions: | |||
| Combine ingredients. THEN drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in 375 F. oven till done. | |||
