Apple-Sausage Oven Pancake

1 pk Brown & serve sausages

1 c Bisquick

1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

1/2 c Milk

1 Egg

1/2 c Chopped pared apple

Maple syrup Heat oven 450. Grease 8x8x2" baking dish. Brown sausages as directed on pkg. Beat Bisquick, cinnamon, milk and egg with hand beater until smooth. Stir in apple. Pour in dish; arrange sausages on top. Bake until light brown, 20 - 25 min. Serve with syrup. Pat Empson 05/24 11:31 am -----
